The short version

Alchemists Lab collects only the information needed to provide the feature you choose. Newsletter signup uses your email address. The site does not sell your personal information.

The Alchemist's Circle

When you join the newsletter, we store your email address, signup source, consent wording, and the dates associated with confirmation or unsubscribe requests. We use this information only to manage and send The Alchemist's Circle. Email delivery is handled by Resend, and site records are stored in the website's protected database.

Submitting the dedicated signup form records your clear request to join the mailing list. We may ask you to verify your address by email when that facility is available. Every newsletter will provide a way to unsubscribe. We retain a minimal suppression record after unsubscribe so your choice can be respected.

Other site information

Private contact-form messages are stored so Alchemist can review and reply. Anonymous, high-level visit statistics may be recorded to understand which parts of the site are useful. Birth details entered into the on-page reading are calculated in your browser and are not stored by that feature.

Your choices

You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time using the unsubscribe link. You may also ask to access, correct or delete personal information connected to you by using the private contact form on the site.
